Ja, 12 maanden. Daarna kun je opzeggen met een opzegtermijn van 3 maanden. Bij jaarlijkse betaling krijg je korting.
Core HR is always included. Every add-on is a function you switch on top of it, priced per employee, and you combine them as you like. An add-on you add is available straight away and priced from the next billing period. An add-on you remove runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
We count active employees in the system at the start of the month. Former colleagues whose records you keep for documentation do not count, and neither do applicants. Minimum billing is 100 employees.
By the number of job openings you post a year, not by employees. Tell us how many you expect, and the quote is set to that. Applicants and candidates are never counted.
By the number of people in shift planning. Colleagues who are not scheduled in shifts do not count, so an office with 180 employees, 60 of them in shift planning, pays for those 60 only.
The price follows the number of employees and the add-ons you choose, with 5% off at five add-ons, 10% at every add-on but shift planning, and 15% at every add-on. Getting started is a fixed one-off setup fee for implementation, migration and training. Everything is stated in a written quote before you sign — no hourly billing along the way.
Yes, 14 days. You set up your own account and work on your own data — it is not a demo tenant with invented employees.
