We do not use cookies for advertising, and we never sell data. If you say yes, we can see which company a visit comes from – not your name – and which pages were of interest, so we are better prepared when you get in touch. The network address is deleted straight away. “Accept all” also switches on statistics with Vercel Analytics (USA), without cookies.
Whatever you choose, you are welcome at Komma. Read more about your data

| Vercel Web Analytics | Page statistics without cookies: pages, referrer, country and device, shown to us only as totals | Nothing stored in your browser | Vercel Inc. (USA) |
| komma-src | Remembers which campaign or site brought you here, so we know which channels work. Kept when Statistics or Marketing is on (sessionStorage) | Until you close the tab | Komma |
| Seen pages | Counts a page as seen once it has been visible for 3 seconds in total, or you click, tap, type or use the scroll wheel: the page, the referring site and the country, anonymously and without an id | Nothing stored in your browser; totals kept 120 days | Komma (Supabase, EU – Ireland) |
| Heatmaps | Counts where on a page people click, where the mouse pointer goes and how far they scroll, as totals per section of the page, also when Marketing is on. Never the text you type, nor an id | Nothing stored in your browser; totals kept 180 days | Komma (Supabase, EU – Ireland) |
Company recognition: shows us which companies visit and which pages they read, so our sales team knows who is interested. We see the company, not your name. No advertising, nothing shared with other websites.

| komma-sid | A random visit id that ties the pages of one visit together (sessionStorage) | Until you close the tab | Komma |
| Company lookup | Your network address is looked up in a local database (IPinfo Lite) on our server in the EU, in public DNS and in a copy of RIPE NCC's public register of who IP addresses are assigned to, which also sits on our server, to find the organisation that owns the network, and is then discarded | The address is discarded at once | Komma (server in the EU) |
| Company and pages | The company name, the pages viewed, time and source are kept in our database | 90 days | Supabase (EU, Ireland) |
| Note in our CRM | Companies we already know, or that show clear interest, get a note or a lead in our CRM | As long as the company is in our CRM | Pipedrive (EU) |
| Visit recording | Records how the page looked and how it was used during the visit – mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps – so we can replay the visit. Form fields and anything you type are never recorded. The recording belongs to the visit id and the company behind the network, not to you by name | 14 days | Komma (Supabase, EU – Ireland) |

FAQ
Yes, 12 months. After that you can cancel with 3 months’ notice. Annual payment earns a discount.
Core HR is always included. Every add-on is a function you switch on top of it, priced per employee, and you combine them as you like. An add-on you add is available straight away and priced from the next billing period. An add-on you remove runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
We count active employees in the system at the start of the month. Former colleagues whose records you keep for documentation do not count, and neither do applicants. Minimum billing is 100 employees.
By the number of job openings you post a year, not by employees. Tell us how many you expect, and the quote is set to that. Applicants and candidates are never counted.
By the number of people in shift planning. Colleagues who are not scheduled in shifts do not count, so an office with 180 employees, 60 of them in shift planning, pays for those 60 only.
The price follows the number of employees and the add-ons you choose, with 5% off at five add-ons, 10% at every add-on but shift planning, and 15% at every add-on. Getting started is a fixed one-off setup fee for implementation, migration and training. Everything is stated in a written quote before you sign — no hourly billing along the way.
Yes, 14 days. You set up your own account and work on your own data — it is not a demo tenant with invented employees.
