Thirty minutes against your own org structure rather than a demo tenant. Tell us what you run today and where it hurts, and we will show that part first — or say honestly if we are not the fit.

No lead form that disappears into a queue. Pick the route that fits what you need, and you will get someone who can actually answer.
Thirty minutes against your own org structure rather than a demo tenant. Tell us what you run today and where it hurts, and we will show that part first — or say honestly if we are not the fit.
Data processing agreement, sub-processor list, security documentation or a vendor questionnaire — we would rather send it before a demo than after one. Your DPO is welcome to talk to us first.
Support runs inside the platform, where whoever answers can already see the account and the audit trail. Ask Karma first if it is a how-do-I question — it is usually faster than we are.
Writing about Nordic HR software, building an integration, or wondering whether your payroll engine is on the list? Same address — it reaches a person, not a router.
Write to us
It lands in the same inbox as the four addresses above. Say which of them you are after and it goes to the person who handles that, rather than to whoever is on the rota.
hej@kommahr.com reaches exactly the same place. Attachments are fine — a vendor questionnaire is easier to answer in the file you already have.
We answer within one working day.
Where we are
Komma is built in Denmark, hosted in the EU, and sold across the Nordics, DACH and Benelux. Support and implementation happen in the local language, not in a translated help article.
Languages in the platform
Including the four Nordic ones, German and Dutch.
Where the data lives
All operations and storage, with the sub-processors named.
Nordic payroll engines
Zenegy, Danløn, Dataløn, Visma, Lessor and Intect.
Minutes for a first meeting
Enough to know whether it is worth a second one.
What happens next
You will not be entered into a nurture flow. We answer with a time, meet for half an hour, and afterwards you get a concrete price and a timeline in writing — including which parts of your setup we are unsure about.
If it is not a fit we will say so in that first meeting. It is a small market and we would rather be the company that said no than the one that took the implementation anyway.
Tell us where you are now, and we will show Komma against that rather than against a slide.
