Book a demo

30 minutes. No slides.

Tell us briefly where you are. We will show Komma against your workflows — and say honestly if we are not the right fit.

  • We start from your current systems and processes
  • You will meet someone who knows the product — not a salesperson with a script
  • You get a concrete price and timeline afterwards
  • No obligations, and we will not call you ten times

Prefer to just write?

Send an email to hej@kommahr.com and we will get back to you within one working day.

If your IT team or DPO should be involved from the start, we are happy to send security documentation up front.

How it works

From first email to up and running

1

A short conversation

We call or email and work out whether a demo is even worth your time.

2

A 30-minute demo

Online or at your office. We show the platform against what you deal with day to day.

3

Test environment and proposal

You get a test environment with your own configuration, a price and a timeline — so you can click around in peace.

4

Setup together

Two to four weeks where we migrate your data, configure the workflows and train HR and managers.

Before you book

The things people usually ask

Who should join the demo?

Typically whoever owns HR, and ideally a manager who will use the system in practice. If we are going to talk payroll, it helps to have your payroll administrator along — but it is not necessary the first time.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. It helps if you have thought about what annoys you most today, but we do not need documents or data in advance.

Can we try the platform ourselves?

Yes. After the demo we set up a test environment with your own configuration, so you can click around in peace before deciding.

Do we have to change payroll systems?

No. Komma builds the gross pay lines and hands them to the engine you already run — Zenegy, Danløn, Dataløn, Visma, Lessor or Intect. We replace the spreadsheet in between, not the payroll system.

What if we already have an HR system?

Most teams do. We help move employee data, documents and history across, and we are used to running in parallel during a transition.
